Buckaroo Enterprises is a family owned and operated food and drink concessions business. We take great pride in ourselves as being personable, reliable and professional and our number one goal is customer satisfaction. Our business is based on an Old-Fashioned carnival set up utilizing beautiful antique popcorn and shaved ice wagons and a circus hot dog push cart. Our booth is guaranteed to be a showstopper and a great addition to any event.
We started this business with our love for antiques, and popcorn. Our first purchase was a Cretors Model D wagon from a local amusement park, as we began the restoration process we found 2 more wagons to add to our line up, which were much smaller and easier to move. Our first shows were in 2019 and we have continued to grow and add more food items to our menu.
The delicious food items we offer are fresh old fashioned popcorn, kettle corn and flavored kettle corn. We can pop our corn on site or bring it prepackaged to your event, we can sell by the bag or by the hour if popping on site.
Fantastic shaved ice or southern snow balls, that includes a flavor station that has 6 delicious options for the customer to choose from.
Hand spun cotton candy that can be done on site.
Fresh baked mini donuts with a variety of toppings.
We also offer meal options that include all beef hot dogs, and a variety of Buckaroo blend flavored sausages including our most popular Buckaroo hot link, honey bourbon smoked sausage. Meals will also include chips and a beverage of your choice, other side options can be available upon request.
Our beverages include our 32 ounce famous fresh lemonade shake ups, strawberry lemonade shake ups or a variety of flavored soda pop, and bottled water or we can offer hot chocolate and coffee.
We are available for catering, special events, corporate events, sports events, parties, open houses, reunions, craft shows, fairs and festivals.
Fundraising opportunities are available as well.
We are licensed with the Jefferson County Department of Health and Insured.
